There may be no way to stop the clock, but by taking time to maintain & develop your body with a yoga practice you can age with grace & vitality.

Yoga has a remarkable impact on your physical, emotional & spiritual well-being - as you grow older. The focus of these classes will be on strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, & stress management.

The classes will be on a mat requiring you to move up & down. Chairs can also be provided to help assist you.

CANCELLATIONS

Space is extremely limited at this time & if a spot is held for you & you do not show up that means someone else could not get in. Therefore, cancellation must be completed within 5 hours of the scheduled class time otherwise you will be charged for the class.

Vulnerable persons (over the age of 60 or at risk due to an underlying medical condition), are at greater risk to their health and life if they contract COVID 19. If you are a vulnerable person, carefully consider if you should attend an in-person yoga class.
You must register prior to attendance and by so doing accept and agree to abide by these rules and other directions given to you by the instructor.
Attendance is at your own risk.
Maintain physical distancing of 6 feet or more with all outside your bubble.
One at a time maintaining 6 feet apart: when the door opens please enter and use the hand sanitizer provided. You will be asked screening questions for you to affirm, & agree to. You will then be taken to a mat space by your instructor. You can line up your mat with the dots on the floor.
Belongings can be taken with you or placed in the closet outside the room.
Masks on please: you will be required to wear a mask to and from your mat but NOT during yoga practice.
Bring your own mat and any props you would like to have for class. We are unable to provide mats and props at this time.
