This all levels practice eases you out of bed and sets the tone for your day through a flowing  sequence designed to build strength, balance, flexibility & mobility.

This 60 minute practice consists of pranayama, dynamic warmup stretches, core strengthening, seated & standing sequences with backbends & twists. Winding  down with static cool downs, and of course savasana & meditation so you leave feeling open, relaxed, grounded & complete. What a great way to begin the day!
